Good

The breakfast is the same as many days. It is nothing special. There was no brush in the toilet to clean the toilet. Unbelievable. It is not a shower cabin. It is a curtain from which a lot of water drips.

The positioning is perfect. You can hear the sea.... The location is close to the center

Very good location: close to the ocen and beach, close to old town. Breakfast/dinner: i do not need anything more. Enybody could find something to eat.

Hard to find parking place. But it is general problem in Tenerife.

It could be better.

We liked that the cleaness was high standard and staff very kind.

Food: there was no effort made in making some better food. Most of it was dry with no taste. No diversity, I had to eat the same things everyday for 5 days wich put me off. After a few days I started having medical problems.

I noticed in breakfast one morning,we needed coffe cups, and my husband ask some guy who was working there, and the answer ; go to the other side of room you can find it there ? ok , The women who was working in breakfast room are more polited wiht customers, always cleaning tabel, smiling , but I cant say the same about the boys, I am very sorry,

We enjoyed our stay at Sol Puerto, I would definitely stay there again .

Good location, only short walk into old town with interesting streets , great bars and restaurants with authentic local food. Hotel is well run, kept very clean, rooms serviced daily. Breakfasts are lovely, amazing choice , plenty of staff on looking after everyone, couldn’t be better

Decor and fittings in rooms getting a little tired now, needing updating. Evening music is very old fashioned, something more modern would give a more lively atmosphere to the bar and maybe attract more people to have a drink and dance

Nice hotel but could be better

Good location, close to town only short walk away, friendly staff, nice rooms

Food in buffet didn't change very much, for vegetarian and vegan options it was the same food every day for breakfast and dinner but they did have plant based milks. It was noisy in the mornings with construction going on opposite and walls and doors were not very sound proof. No tea/coffee facilities in room and when I asked for kettle they don't supply them. Pool very small, it was ok for us as it was February time but summer must be a disaster.

Huge potential with improvement

Location, sea view, local swimming pool facilities, reception, pina colada and coffee at the bar.

There was no kettle in the rooms, so could not make a cup of hot drink before bedtime. Restaurant needs improvement - tables and chairs reminded a building site's cantine. Dinner menu poor and far from restaurant level (we had a half board stay, but for remainder of our stay went to Town restaurants and never came back to " the cantine" except for breakfast.) Breakfast OK for what it is " coffee and omlete".

It's ok value for money

The rooms have only one electrical outlet per room which is definitely not enough, and there's no mini fridge so there's no way of keeping water and other things cool. The breakfast buffet needs more vegan options. Not really a four star hotel.

Fair value for money

Room was a good size ,however in need of TLC, Restaurant was ok ,food acceptable

only one lift working for the whole week serving 7 floors and over 150 rooms and no info as to when it was being put into service, also up buttons were not functioning on lower floors.

Google the place if you thinking of a seaview!

It’s a good hotel, breakfast was great, good selection of food, pancakes and cappuccino machines. I went out to have dinner, the Peruvian restaurant was the best around 3 mins away.

The Seaview! Google the place - I forgot... there’s a massive construction at the front of the hotel, and beside, a football field. When the construction workers away, the kids playing all day, horns, screaming, everything you can imagine until 10pm. The pool side is warm and welcoming, the seaview is cold and unsettling.

The location was very good, close to the old city where you can find nice bars and restaurants, especially my recommendations is Agora bar

The construction behind the hotel is what makes the view not good, but the worst thing is that the workers start working early in the morning around 7 a.m. and make noise. You can't sleep

Good location, close to public transport. Nice pool area. Plenty of breakfast options. Friendly, professional staff.

Additional sunbeds around the pool or remove towels of people not in attendance. Breakfast room was chaotic at times, staff worked really hard to clear away used tables. Probably needed more staff

Wonderful

Everything was as advertised - big spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast with many choices, great location, helpful staff. The price and previous comments made me expect a dated property and while it is indeed true that it looked like a previous rooms refurbishment was more than 15 years ago, everything was in working condition and very clean, also daily housekeeping was very thorough. Room had no minibar (none was advertised, so it's all good), but there was at least a vending machine at ground floor and the setup for a bar - didn't see it operating, but we left at 10-11 a.m. and returned past 11 p.m.

The property offers dinner (can't speak of it since we dinned out, breakfast was very good except for the coffee, only choice was instant, and if it's an indication about dinner it probably was good as well, we just didn't want to adhere to a schedule, wide as it might have been) and the smell from the dining hall situated at the semi-basement permeated through the ground floor and, for the staircase and elevator area, above.

The location was fine.although the breakfast was the same in all days we spent there,the quality was fine.
